CUP to allow an Off-Premise Commercial Advertising Sign - Digital on two point three (2.3) acres.  The property is located at the southwest terminus of Magnet Way, also described as being located approximately two thousand nine hundred and sixty (2,960) feet south of the intersection of US Route 14 and Washington Street, with a common address of 500 Magnet Way, Woodstock.

CUP to allow an Off-Premise Commercial Advertising Sign - Digital on one thousand fifty (1,050) sq ft (0.024 Acres).  The CUP area is located on the south side of US Hwy 20 (W Grant Highway), about one thousand five hundred (1,500) feet west of the intersection of US Hwy 20 and Burma Road, with a common address of W. Grant Highway, Marengo.
