CALL TO ORDER

Meeting was called to order by K. Marcussen at 6:40 PM.

Also present: Melissa Adamson, Public Health Administrator, Patti Nomm, Director of Environmental Health and Anne Marrin, Director, Planning & Operations and Joseph Clarke.

NEW AND UNFINISHED BUSINESS

4.1

Position Reclassification Resolution

Ms. Adamson stated the Nursing division is being restructured to create a new Director of Community Health.

4.2

New Proposed Position Classification within Environmental Health

Director Nomm said the Environmental division is reclassifying positions to allow for flexibility for applicants interested in applying. 

4.3

Public Health Administrator Mid-Year Assessment Discussion

K. Marcussen stated Ms. Adamson's mid-year assessment is due and is expecting current and past goals to be evaluated. P. Althoff said mid-year assessments will be the new policy going forward.

4.4

Public Health Administrator Future Employment Contract Discussion

K. Marcussen stated that pursuant to the negotiation aspect of Ms. Adamson's three-year contract, Ms. Adamson has requested negotiations for successor contract.

EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF NEEDED)

Motion made by P. Althoff, second by J. Morawski to enter into Executive session to discuss Personnel issues. Motion approved unanimously with a voice vote.

Approval of Executive Session Minutes 1/8/2024

Approval and release of January 8, 2024 Executive Session Minutes.

Motion made by P. Althoff, second by G. Ortiz to exit Executive Session and enter back into Open Session at 7:37 PM. 

 

Motion to adjourn made by P. Althoff, second by C. Carman at 7:39 PM. Motion passed unanimously with a voice vote.
