FY24 Outcomes Summary Reports & Graphs Q2

Karin Frisk gives an overview of the FY24 Summary Reports & Graphs for Q2.

Staff will provide the spreadsheets with further details to the committee members.

FY24 Audits Conducted through June 21, 2024 (Handout)

NAMI, Pioneer Center, Turning Point, Options and Advocacy, Live4Lali, Ascension/Alexian Brothers, AID, Mathers Recovery, NW CASA, Thresholds, Youth and Family Center, Consumer Credit Counseling Services, McHenry County Sheriff's Office (PSW Program), and Crystal Lake Teen Center - The Break.

OLD BUSINESS - FOR DISCUSSION / FOR RECOMMENDATION

5.1

FY25 Outcomes

Karin Frisk states applications close tomorrow and the selection has been changed from selecting two domains to one domain hoping this will help providers with reporting.

Lindsay Keisman requested that there is a table/key that shows which program is in which domain.
