Meeting called to order at 1700 by Chairman Michael Breslin.

VAC INC. ASSISTANCE

 

There were 2 requests for car repairs.  The first request packet included an uncharacterized discharge so was ineligible for the program. The second request was approved pending a final bill not to exceed $1,630.

Foundation Update

 

All documents were submitted in June. We are now waiting for registration confirmation from the IL Attorney General's office and a determination letter from the IRS.

Memorial Plaque for Joe Kersten

 

We're working on a brass plaque with a profile of Joe to be placed in the VAC office.
